In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you may opt for Return & Exchangetems purchased at STITCH online Store can be exchanged from STITCH online Store or any Retail Store within 15 days from the date of purchase. Invoice / bill number must be shown at the time of exchange.
- STITCH strictly follows 'NO Cash refund' policy. The option of cash back is not available.
- Refund / replacement / return of items can only be entertained if you receive order with items having manufacturing defect, incorrect size / style or damaged. In this case you’ve to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The items should be in their original packaging with tags intact for return / replacement / refund / exchange to be processed.
- Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged / replaced / returned.
- If the item bought on regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at sale price.
- We apologize but we cannot refund any shipping Costs. In case you are sending back a damaged/incorrect item, the amount of the Shipping Costs will be refunded to you.
For sending back the products to STITCH online store, please follow this procedure:
- Prior to shipping the product(s) to us, you will need to inform us by either calling Customer Service Department on +92 333 ------- or emailing at email@example.com for the replacement / return / refund to be processed.
- All returns will be inspected upon arrival and if we found that the articles are washed, used, damaged or not in original state then it will not be considered for return / replace / refund / exchange.
- No refund / replacement / return / exchange request will be considered without prior information. STITCH will not be liable to pay any claims in this case if such items are lost.
- Customer will have to bear the shipment charges in case of return.
